She has experience working with children, teens, and adults navigating depression, anxiety, trauma, mood disorders, work-life stress, and ADHD. Her professional background includes community mental health clinics, schools, and reentry programs.

Her approach integrates strengths-based, psychodynamic, cognitive-behavioral, trauma-focused, and mindfulness-based practices within the online setting.
