Many of our clients use their insurance to help pay for their sessions. We are currently in-network with most Aetna, Cigna, Horizon BCBS, and UnitedHealthcare plans, as well as Medicare.
Our new billing process requires that clients keep a credit/debit or benefits card on file with our office, which gets charged their copay/coinsurance or applicable deductible after every session.

We operate as a “cashless” practice. Our clients pay by credit/debit cards stored securely on file or through their patient portal. Without using one’s insurance, or if we are not in-network with one’s insurance, here is a list of our fees:
At times, our practice may offer a reduced rate for clients with no insurance or insurance that we are not in-network with, in cases of hardship.
If a client is currently being seen for therapy at IPG, Biofeedback services can often be added and covered by insurance. Normal fees are below.
Group members who are already in therapy at IPG may utilize their insurance in-network (if applicable) to help cover their additional participation in group therapy. New clients who wish to use insurance must have an intake session with our group leaders, and a diagnosis must be assigned.
Alternatively, clients may pay our regular reduced rate of $45 per group session, without using insurance. Participants are generally expected to attend all group sessions unless they cancel their spot with at least 24 hours notice.
