Dream Workshop

Walk the royal road to your own unconscious

Do you think your dreams have meaning? During this workshop members will record their dreams and bring them to share with the group. Group members will get supportive interpretation in a warm and safe environment (via Zoom). Support your individual therapy by examining your unconscious and uncovering hidden parts of yourself. Workshop is led by Mark Morris, a Licensed Social Worker. Come learn about your dreams and what they mean!

After filling out your application expressing interest, you will be connected with Mr. Morris to discuss your participation in the group.

Before beginning the group, approved participants will be given consent and payment authorization forms to fill out.

Group Leader

Mark Morris is a Licensed Social Worker who helps individuals, couples, and groups resolve issues interfering with emotional and mental health such as anxiety, depression, trauma, substance abuse, life transitions, aging, and relationships. His aim is to help empower clients to live a fully conscious and meaningful life in harmony with the world around them. Mr. Morris holds a Masters Degree in Social Work from NYU and participated for three years in a post-graduate program in psychoanalytic training at the Metropolitan Center for Training in Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy. The therapeutic modalities he uses include Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Psychoanalytic/Psychodynamic therapy and Internal Family Systems (IFS) Therapy. Mr. Morris is also a long-time Buddhist practitioner and ordained priest and teacher in the Soto Zen tradition and thus brings mindfulness, meditation, and a spiritual dimension to treatment where appropriate. Currently, he is a founding member and serves as coordinator and instructor with the Buddhist Volunteer Program at ADTC, New Jersey’s prison solely housing violent, recidivist sex offenders. Mr. Morris is a member of the National Association of Social Workers (NASW), the American Psychological Association (APA) Div. 5 & 39.
