The Resilience after Trauma group is designed for individuals who have experienced trauma and are seeking to strengthen their capacity to cope with life’s challenges. The group provides a safe, supportive, and trauma-informed environment where participants can explore personal strengths, learn effective coping skills, and practice strategies for emotional regulation. Using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based interventions, and strengths-focused approaches, participants will gain tools to reframe negative thinking, manage trauma-related triggers, and cultivate self-compassion.
Through guided exercises, psychoeducation, and group support, members will build resilience, develop healthier coping strategies, and create a personalized plan for continued healing. The emphasis is on safety, empowerment, connection, and long-term well-being.
