About Group
This group is for men who are feeling on edge and are ready to grain more tools for their anxiety. Whether you’re stressed by family responsibilities, stuck in your head, or finding that your phone, social stresses and the always-on culture are making you restless, this is the place to gain some control. We use practical CBT tools to cut through the overthinking and talk openly about the stuff that actually weighs us down.
This is an ongoing group that cycles through various topics, but focuses most on the connections between our thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. The goal of this group is to help you learn how to gain control over your mental health and recognize that there are strategies to cope with your emotions, as well as processing feelings underlying your mental health through a safe, non-judgmental group environment.
