Betrayal Trauma Group

Understanding and processing the impacts of infidelity and breach of trust in relationships

About the Betrayal Group

This group is designed exclusively for women seeking a safe, confidential, and supportive space to process the emotional impact of betrayal trauma. It is geared towards those seeking to reclaim their sense of self after a fundamental breach of trust in their marriage, whether that damage stems from infidelity, financial deception, or emotional dishonesty.

Over eight weeks, we will move through a structured curriculum focused on understanding the nature of trauma, developing healthy processing strategies, and ultimately, moving toward deep, sustainable healing and self-reclamation. This is a journey of turning pain into power and rebuilding trust within the self.
