Women's Divorce Support GroupMonday evenings 8:00pm-9:15pm
The ups and downs of being in a difficult relationship often trigger an array of feelings that can lead to frustration, hopelessness, isolation, depression, difficult parenting, stressful family relations, and concern about finances.
The process of group therapy has been linked to increased self-awareness, self-determination, and improvement in the overall quality of life.
This is a safe, stigma-free place where participants have the opportunity to discuss concerns, vent, and learn new coping strategies under the guidance of a psychotherapist.
